Below you’ll find information about ordering, production times, delivery, returns and custom work. As we continue to refine our offering, some details may be updated, but we hope this page gives a clear overview of how we work.
Returns
Our priority is always that you’re happy with your purchase. If something you receive is not what you expected, please do get in touch - we want every piece to feel special, and we will always do our best to help.
We accept returns on ready-to-buy pieces, provided they are returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.
Because custom contour prints are made to your chosen location and specification, we’re unfortunately not usually able to offer refunds or returns unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
That said, if there is any issue with your order, or if it is not what you expected, please contact us. We care deeply about making sure our customers are happy, and we will always do our best to find a fair and helpful solution.
Orders
All of our pieces are made to order or prepared to order with care. Please make sure all personalisation details, selected finishes and delivery information are correct before placing your order.
Production time
Our prints are made to order so production times may vary depending on the product and level of customisation. Estimated lead times are shown where possible.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within a reasonable time of delivery, including photographs where possible, so that we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Colours, finishes and imagery
We do our best to represent our pieces, finishes and framing options as accurately as possible. However, colours and materials may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, photography and the nature of the materials used.
Intellectual property and attribution
Our designs, logo and custom interface are the property of Ridge and Form. You may not reproduce or distribute our works without written permission.
